We specialise in the selection of top and middle management and board members. We work with both private and public sector companies to help them find leaders who create change and value for the organisation. What does your selection process look like from the first meeting to the signing of the contract?
The process starts with a business needs analysis and the creation of an ideal candidate profile. We then conduct targeted searches, assessments, present the long list, short list after an agreed time, organise meetings and help you make the final decision. We provide the client with a clear proposal, with clear and transparent selection steps, deadlines and payment system.
Are you looking for candidates only from Lithuania or also from abroad?
We have access to a local and international database of candidates through our international AGILIUM Group network. Through it, we reach top executives in 30 countries. Depending on the project, we conduct searches in the Baltic States, Scandinavia and other European countries.
Which sectors do you have experience in?
We work with all sectors. We have extensive experience in industries such as finance, banking, insurance, fintech, retail, manufacturing, telecoms and tech, real estate and construction, logistics and transport, medical, private equity. How long does it take to select a manager from start to offer?
On average, the search and selection process takes 6-10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the position and the market situation. We provide the client with a detailed process and clear deadlines.
How involved is the client - how much involvement do we need in the selection process?
It’s our job to ease the burden on managers, so we take much of the work into our own hands. Managers only need to make decisions in three steps.
Client involvement is essential at the start of the selection process to define the exact expectations and profile of the right candidate, and what areas or problems the manager should address. Afterwards, we ensure that the process is as efficient as possible and that the client is only involved in the most important decision stages.
